Vehicle Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Ostorga Dealership LLC, we want your car-buying experience to be smooth, seamless, and transparent from start to finish no matter where you are located. We offer several delivery and transport options designed to fit your needs and budget.
1. Local Dealer Pickup
Cost: Free
Description: You are welcome to pick up your vehicle directly from our dealership lot in person.
Requirements: Upon pickup, please present a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of active auto insurance, and completed purchase documentation.
2. Local & Regional Delivery
Coverage: Available for customers in our local area and surrounding regions throughout Southern California.
Cost: Delivery fees are calculated based on the exact mileage from our dealership location.
Scheduling: A member of our team will coordinate a convenient delivery date and time directly to your home or office.
3. Nationwide Shipping (Out-of-State / Long Distance)
Coverage: Continental United States.
Methodology: We partner with licensed, bonded, and insured third-party auto transport carriers offering both open carrier and enclosed carrier options.
Costs & Quotes: Freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to provide an estimated transport quote through our preferred carrier network or work directly with a shipping provider of your choice.
Shipping Process & Terms
1. Payment & Documentation: All vehicles must be paid in full with all sales and registration documents signed before the vehicle is released from our lot.
2. Pre-Shipment Inspection: Before loading, a detailed Condition Report along with high-resolution photos will be completed to document the exact condition of the vehicle prior to carrier handoff.
3. Transport Insurance: Transit insurance is provided by the assigned auto transport company during transit.
